Meal Subscriptions and Delivery


Step 1 

  • Visit our Online Store, www.doggiliciouus.com/shop; choose a ‘Sample taster’ of your choice or you can choose a couple of them if you are looking for variety.
    Sample taster (150g pack) is for tasting for which, one pack per dog is enough. (you can purchase more than one type if you are keen on having your dog taste them all. We believe in variety feeding!)
  • This is done to see how your dog takes to the food and so many new ingredients. It also helps to gauge how your dog is responding to the main meat in the plan selected by you.

Step 2 

  • After a successful tasting, you can either choose to try our weekly (500g x7 trial packs) and slowly transition your dog to eating 100% Doggiliciouus Meals OR straight away choose to go ahead with a subscription plan.
  • However, our weekly pack helps you determine whether your dog will take to the same meal for a longer duration. So we highly recommend it.
  • Step 3
  • You can get back to us with your feedback Or if you are looking for more suggestions.
    Let us know the meal plan and pack size you want to start. We do every pack size with 25g increments starting with 200gm.
  • We will then send you an invoice for the month – pro-rated.
  • Upon receipt of the payment, we will start WEEKLY deliveries of your subscription.

OR

  • You can continue to order weekly trial packs & and try them for a longer duration before moving to a monthly subscription.
  • Taster Packs are great to safely introduce your dog to a new food to avoid any tummy upsets, and to avoid wasted food. Small packs of 150g mean that even if your dog refused to eat some of the meats, not a lot of food is wasted.
  • This is done to see how your dog takes to the food and so many new ingredients. It also helps to gauge how your dog is responding to the main meat in the plan selected by you.

We’d like your dog to love our food before you make the larger commitments.

EASY!

  • Take out the frozen pack & thaw it by keeping it in the refrigerator at least 12-14 hrs before feed time. OR you can dip them in hot water to thaw, OR you can keep them outside for a few hours in good weather to thaw.
  • Simply cut open the thawed pack & take out the desired/recommended quantity. Store the remaining food, in the opened pack, back in the refrigerator ONLY, NOT in the freezer.
  • Warm the food on a pan or microwave, add some bone broth to it if you wish, add your supplements, oils and serve.
  • The pack kept in the fridge is used for the next meal on the same day. Each pack is opened and finished on the same day.
  • For the next pack, repeat the process.
  • YOU MUST FREEZE FRESH FOOD PACKS as our food is preservative-free.
  • If you choose to refrigerate the fresh packs when they arrive, they need to be used within 3 days.
  • Since we send out food for 7 days – we recommend that you freeze them and use one pack per day. 

After 4 days of refrigeration, fresh foods start having bacterial growth, which is not easily detected by our senses. Therefore, freezing is a must.

After receiving your order this is how long it’ll take –

  • For Fresh meals & Meat/Protein packs – Minimum of 48 hrs and Maximum of 4 days – depending on the quantity you have ordered.

  • We deliver once a week on the weekday assigned to your dog.
  • Once a week delivery is a value for money as the delivery charges are minimised and don’t result in an unnecessary price hike for your subscription. 
  • We would love to put your precious money to use for actual nutrition for your dogs and spend on superior ingredients and quality, instead of the cost of delivery.
  • It also helps us to cut down tedious processes & confusion (at the staff level) so that the focus on quality is prioritised.

The food will arrive fresh as it is cooked the same day of delivery.

Please store all packs in a deep freezer (other than the one you wish to use immediately)

NOTE: We do take requests for once or twice in a month delivery but this is based on case to case basis and only upon request. 

THE STANDARD PROTOCOL IS WEEKLY DELIVERIES.

Yes, we ship most of our products from the dietary supplements, grooming and therapeutic CBD & oils categories, all over India. 

Fresh food, Bones, Broths, Organ meats, meat only packs are currently sold only within Bangalore since those are without any preservatives and will not survive the travel. 

However, we’re working on bringing preservative-free fresh food pan India soon. Keep in touch on our social!

  • Once you confirm the subscription, we will raise the invoice on a pro-rata basis for the number of days we will be providing food in your first month.
  • Once the payment is made by you, we will confirm your order and add you to our records for production.
  • For the recurring Months, you will get an Invoice automatically on the 1st of every month to be paid in advance for each month. There is no need for any confirmation each month to continue the subscription. 
  • If you need to stop, pause, or change the plan then you need to get in touch with us in the last week of the previous month to apply changes to the following month.

Our payments are done in advance at the beginning of the month. We accept payments via Bank Transfer and Google Pay/UPI/ Phonepe/ Bhim etc.

One of the key benefits of being on a monthly subscription is that we help you with flexible services, best suited for your dog. Our aim is very clear – we WANT your dog to be eating the best food available in the city!

This means if you need to make changes to make that happen then we will do our best to make it happen too! 

However, we too have operational limitations, therefore –

  • Change of meat and/OR change of quantity can be made only at the end of the month for the following month unless there is a medical condition or urgency.
  • If you wish to pause the food for that particular week or longer duration for any reason, we will need to know a minimum of 48 hours in advance before your delivery date so that we will not order raw materials and cook for your dog that week.
  • If you wish to shift the delivery day to another day of the week, just for this week, then let us know 2 days in advance so we can plan our production. 
  • Bone/Broths/Supplements – Any request for changes (adding or removing items) can be incorporated if made 2 business days before the day of delivery. This is only so that, in case you request any items that are out of stock, it will allow us time to prepare them. Our bones and broths as well as most dietary supplements are made in small batches and they fly off the shelf in a matter of days. 

All changes that are made during the current month are adjusted in the next month’s invoice.

For example, If you ask us to skip delivery for 3 days, and add 4 broths and some ad-hoc wellness products – we simply make a note of all your changes in your file and amend your next invoice to reflect these changes. Simple!

If you need to cancel your subscription during a month you have already paid for, let us know as soon as possible, and then you have several choices – 

  • You could choose from our wide variety of products and use the balance amount to get any products through the month, we will issues you a credit note. 
  • You can choose to gift the balance subscription to a friend. 
  • You could also choose to donate the balance amount of food to a rescuer or shelter of your choice. 

Specialised Meals

Specialised Meals are issue-specific formulas designed to help your dog. For example, Puppy Meals are designed especially for growing pups. 

However, they are not customised for the individual dog’s needs like overlapping illness, preferences and other conditions.

If you need further customisations, opt for a CUSTOMISED MEAL PLAN via consults.

NOTE: This diet is not meant to resolve medical conditions but to support the healing/palliative care process.

Specialised Meal Kits are an issue-specific bundle that includes 

  1. Specialised Meal.
  2. Supplements or wellness products that enhance the effects of the meal plan.

Specialised Meal Plan Kits provide the best results through added support to the dog’s nutrition. 

Some health conditions will need a tailor-made diet and could have certain dietary requirements as well as restrictions.

A Custom Meal plan will help us take this into account when we design your dog’s diet.

You can order a different 500gm x 7-day trial pack every week and we’ll deliver it to you!

We can make your subscription a combo subscription – which means you can choose 2 meats / 2 meal plans and we do deliver them alternate weeks. For eg. Choose a Chicken plan and a fish plan. Week 1 and 3 will be chicken & weeks 2 & 4 will be Fish. 

OR

We can deliver both meal plans with different meats to you as a fortnightly delivery – 14 days of food. In a single delivery, we will give you 7 days of chicken plan or 7 days of Fish plan, so you can choose to feed a variety throughout the week.

All our supplements are made of organic therapeutic grade ingredients that are meant to heal and repair or boost nutrition. If your dog is highly reactive to a lot of ingredients and you are simply not sure, the safest thing to do is speak with us before placing an order so we can guide you.

Broths are delivered frozen in an airtight container to avoid spillage. 

Simply let it thaw or warm-up and serve. 

Store any broths you do not intend to use immediately in the freezer. Once thawed, store in the fridge and use in 3-4 days.

Unfortunately, no.
However, We’re trying to make it happen. Bones, broths and kefir are delivered within Bangalore since they are fresh products.

All other dry Dietary supplement products are delivered all across India.

 

All orders WITHIN BANGALORE are fulfilled within 2 business days. 

Any orders outside of Bangalore will be dispatched within 2 days and delivery time is based on the location.

It all depends on the composition of the customised meal. 

For eg., a protein-heavy meal plan will be comparatively more expensive than a meal plan with relatively less meat or protein.

As the name suggests, we’ll customise the meal plan according to you and your dog’s needs. We will go as far as you are willing to go.

Consultations

Head to doggiliciouus.com/consults-customizations and select the type of consultation you’d like to have with Manssi – Email or Private.

After the payment is received, you will get a detailed online form on your registered email. Fill it up and we’ll get back to you before you know it!
You’ll find all the details of what we need from you to get the full picture on the Consults and Customizations page on our website.

You would select an email consult if you only wanted a diet chart, and not a Holistic wellness consult, which takes into consideration everything about the environment, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, exercise, illness prevention, illness/condition management, pain management etc.

In an Email consult, you can expect to get a detailed diet chart for your dog, instructions on how to cook a variety of meals, guidance on supplementation, and some general advice on health and wellness.

You have 07 working days (Monday to Friday) to write back with any questions you may have about the diet chart and get clarifications.

The private consult, however, covers a whole lot of ground and is a hand holding process for 6 weeks. Follow up Calls, access on WhatsApp for questions, modifications to diet and lifestyle, constant updates on what is working and what is not working etc will be done. The idea behind the Holistic wellness private consult is to get you and your dog firmly on the road to a healthier body and mind. To help you adjust the environment and lifestyle as well as nutrition to start healing the body.

Once you put the consult into your cart and pay for it, you will be directed to a page where you will see a link to a form that needs to be filled in. If you miss this page, do not worry. The link to the same form will also be sent to your email. You can fill in the form in as much detail as possible to avoid us reaching out to your for further information, which may delay your diet chart. 

Once the form has been submitted, if there is any further information needed from you, we will get in touch with you to provide the same. If not, we will send you a diet chart via email within 4-5 working days(Monday to Friday considered working days)

After getting your chart, read through it carefully and make a list of questions you may have or clarifications you may need. Send those in via email. And We will clear all your doubts. Please do this within 7 days of getting your diet chart. 

 

Once you put the consult into your cart and pay for it, you will be directed to a page where you will see a link to a form that needs to be filled in. If you miss this page, do not worry. The link to the same form will also be sent to your email. You can fill in the form in as much detail as possible to avoid us reaching out to your for further information, which may delay your appointment.

Once the form has been submitted, if there is any further information needed from you, we will get in touch with you to provide the same. In the meanwhile, there is a list of photos and videos in the email that you will need to start sending via WhatsApp on – 9845607021.

Send them in as you collect them. Also, there is a “Sleep study” that has been described in the email. You will need to do this sleep study. DO NOT eyeball it, and do not do guesswork.

THIS is important information that will have an impact on the analysis of your dog’s health assessment. 

During this time, we will set up a time with you for the consult. It will be a 2-3 hour appointment.

For Private Consultations: Within the next 24 to 48 hours we will get in touch with you to fix an appointment date.

Dates are usually available in 10-14 days.

In the meanwhile, there might be information you need to gather, or tests you need to do, measure the food currently given and so on. The lists would have been sent to your email already.

For Email Consultations: Once the form has reached us, we’ll send you a customised diet plan within 4-5 working days.



Once a date has been fixed on the phone, a calendar invite will be sent out to you to accept the said appointment.

If you cancel consultations, consultation charges can be refunded if:


1. You cancel on the same day as the booking or purchase of the consultation (100% refund will be made, excluding bank charges and GST charges of 18% on the full amount).


2. You cancel within 1 week from the day of booking or purchase of the consultation (including the day of the booking or purchase of the consultation) and have not filled the form or furnished the required information for the consultation (75% refund will be made, excluding bank charges and 18% GST on the full amount.)

If you have filled out the form and furnished information but, and have no response from the team, and you request a refund within the 07 days of purchase, (100% refund will be made, excluding bank charges and GST charges of 18% on the full amount)

After 07 days from the day of booking or purchase of the consultation (including the day of the booking or purchase of the consultation), there will be NO refunds, with the exception of the pet passing away.
