This Website (“www.doggiliciouus.com”) is owned and operated by DOGGIELLICIOUS LLP, a Partnership firm incorporated on 04 April 2017. Doggilliciouus’ registered address is I Block, 604 Rohan Jharoka, Kempapura Main Road, Yemalur, Bangalore Karnataka – 560037, India.
It is the sole owner, operator, author and publisher of the Website.
We recommend that before using any of the services on Doggiliciouus, you must read and agree to these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using Doggiliciouus in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing on Doggiliciouus or contributing content or other materials to Doggiliciouus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Shipping policy
We currently use Dunzo/Teleport for all our deliveries. The exact time of deliveries can not be fixed, but we will try to ensure that the deliveries are as convenient for you as possible.
As a matter of process, our deliveries are in the afternoon between 1 pm to 3 pm on a weekly basis.
All food products allow 2-4 days for delivery within Bangalore.
All bones broths, supplements and organs allow up to 2 days for delivery within Bangalore.
Fresh food products are not currently shipped outside Bangalore. All other dry wellness products are delivered all across India.
Any orders outside of Bangalore will be dispatched within 2 days and delivery time is based on the location. Once we dispatch the order, we will share the tracking details with you as well.
Delivery schedule:
If you are ordering our 7-day trial packs we deliver them to you within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you have an emergency please place your order and call us to request earlier deliveries and we will try our best – 9980018461.
If you are on a monthly subscription then we will deliver to you weekly 7 packs every single week on the same day. We have not failed to do so in 6 years including all the lockdowns!!
Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns
Once delivered, no returns will be accepted on the order as these are freshly made-to-order products for your dogs. This is also done to adhere to Covid 19 precautions. If your pet does not take to our food, we encourage you to feed it to street dogs instead of throwing it away.
If you receive damaged or wrong products, please get in touch with us on the same day as delivery of the product and we will do our best to rectify the error.
Refunds
We do not refund amounts for orders that are already serviced.
If there are items ordered by mistake, you can reach out to us and we will replace those items with other products of your choice from our store on doggiliciouus.com, subject to the different amounts being paid by you in advance.
Some items are shipped in Bangalore city only. Please ensure you order items that can be shipped to your location. There will be no refunds issued if you place an order for our perishable products outside the shipping location.
Cancellation
Once we’ve received your order, we do not allow cancellations as we make fresh products to order. In case there is an emergency and you must cancel, you shall donate the food to your choice of shelter for dogs.
If you cancel consultations, consultation charges can be refunded if:
- You cancel on the same day as the booking or purchase of the consultation (100% refund will be made, excluding bank charges and GST charges of 18% on the full amount).
- You cancel within 1 week from the day of booking or purchase of the consultation (including the day of the booking or purchase of the consultation) and have not filled the form or furnished the required information for the consultation (75% refund will be made, excluding bank charges and 18% GST on the full amount.) If you have filled out the form and furnished information but, and have no response from the team, and you request a refund within the 07 days of purchase, (100% refund will be made, excluding bank charges and GST charges of 18% on the full amount)
After 07 days from the day of booking or purchase of the consultation (including the day of the booking or purchase of the consultation), there will be NO refunds, with the exception of the pet passing away.
In case of non-responsiveness from any client who has booked or purchased a consultation for more than 30 days from the day of purchasing the said consultation, the amount paid for the consult shall stand forfeited. This policy is applicable regardless of if the form is filled or not, and additional information is sent or not. This also applies in case of non-responsiveness to attempts made by us to put into process the fixing of appointment and or getting further information – to further the process of fixing an appointment. Any exception to this will be at the sole discretion of Doggiliciouus and its founders.
Delivery
Doggiliciouus may charge delivery and handling charges with applicable taxes at its sole discretion from time to time.
At present, Doggiliciouus charges a shipping fee based on the distance of your shipping address from our kitchen. Doggiliciouus may, in its sole and absolute discretion, without giving any prior notice, may revise such charges.
Modification
We may change the prices for our products without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the products.
Once the order is placed and confirmed, any modifications such as change of recipes, change in address or date of delivery for the outgoing order, needs to be done atleast 48 hours before the delivery.
Ordering and pricing
The quantity of any product ordered by you and the quantity of product supplied to you may slightly vary. While we take the utmost care to supply the exact quantity of product ordered by you, due to the nature of products, it is not possible that the exact quantity of product that you have ordered will be supplied.
Price is exclusive of GST which is added at checkout. GST is charged over shipping costs as well. The final amount you pay includes shipping and GST.
