In this option, you get one face to face appointment with your dog at our office + 2.5 hours video call + you also get 6-8 weeks of ongoing support via WhatsApp chat.

If you feel the need to continue the discussion or dive deep into certain topics then additional 1 hour video calls can be booked during your 8 week period.

1. A detailed medical history (can skip in case of a recent adoption) Written out as a summary.
2. Detailed Dietary history (can skip in case of a recent adoption) but do give detailed current diet – including measurements of all items fed.
3. Current food details – In detail with measurements of all ingredients.
4. Current medical conditions & reports, if any.
5. Before changing diets, It is best to have a recent CBC+LFT+KFT blood report and a hip x-ray for all dogs over the age of 1 yrs, before the diet change.

Keep all Current Supplements/ medications nearby during the call, if any. Keep a notepad and pen for taking notes etc.
