  •  The Signature Paw-Holding Support Program isn’t a consultation — it’s an ongoing partnership.
  • Think of it as having your dog’s personal wellness expert on call, walking alongside you every single day. Unlike one-time consults, this program gives you: –

  • Daily touch points (meal reviews, quick adjustments, troubleshooting).

  • Ongoing recipe evolution, not just one fixed plan. As many meal plans as needed for the situation. 

  • Priority direct access to Manssi, not routed through the CS team.

  • Continuous guidance, so you never feel lost or alone in the process.

  • It’s white-glove, high-touch care — designed for families who need more than advice. They need someone in their corner, hand-in-paw, every step of the way.

  • Exclusivity — only 2–3 families are accepted at a time to ensure full attention. Cases often run for a few months at a time. 

  • How it works – Once you fill out the form, we will assess your case, ask for further details if needed and accept you into the program. You will be sent a payment link, and Further reports will be collected from you and your First video call will be set up. 

  • Duration – This is a per month package, and will be renewed each month – IF you need it. We advise 2-6 months for effective results. 

When you’re accepted into this program, you receive:

  • Direct access to Manssi — you work with her personally, not just the team.

  • Daily monitoring of meals (if needed) — photo/video check-ins, portion reviews, real-time troubleshooting.

This program is designed for families who need continuous, intensive support. It’s especially suitable for:

  • Dogs with chronic health conditions (Cancer, Stones, Organ failures, Chronic diseases etc.).

  • Families navigating critical or complex cases that require constant fine-tuning.

  • Palliative care situations, where comfort and quality of life matter most, Where cure is no longer possible. 

  • Celebrity or high-requirement clients who value direct, priority access to Manssi.

  • Parents who want to feel supported every single day, not just have a one-time consult with Whatsapp support via team.

  • Volatile or Undiagnosed conditions that change and need symptomatic care as they evolve till we get it right. 

For the sake of clarity, here’s what this program is not:

  • ❌ A one-time consult — this is not a 2.5-hour session with a plan handed over. It’s an ongoing, adaptive program.

  • ❌ NOT Unlimited 24/7 access — while you have direct priority access to Manssi, replies will be during reasonable work hours, not round-the-clock. Working hours, personal time and night hours are to be respected. 

  • ❌ A forever program — this is offered on a monthly basis, with a 2-month minimum commitment to ensure results – But we DON’T sell packages. So you have the freedom to renew each month.

  • ❌ NO Guaranteed instant fixes — chronic or palliative care takes time, adjustments, and patience. The problem didnt occur over night and wont be fixed over night. Everyone needs to be on this page when we start. 

  • ❌ A team-led service — this is direct with Manssi herself, which is why only 2–3 families can be accepted each month. THIS is not to say that you won’t interact with the team at all. The team is very helpful in various aspects which is important and necessary. 

  • ❌ NOT an EMERGENCY  24 hour service — while we try our best to be there for you and your dog, we are not a 24 hour service. and Direct access to one person CANT BE 24 hours. its practically impossible. 

  • Application only – This program is not open for direct booking. You’ll need to fill out an application form sharing your dog’s history, current needs, and goals.

  • Review period – Applications are carefully reviewed within 5–7 working days. We may reach out for additional details before confirming acceptance. IF your situation is URGENT, please mention it to the CS team and we WILL try to assess our availability ASAP. If its not possible to take your case we will let you know soon so you can seek help elsewhere. 

  • Limited slots – Only 2–3 families at a time are accepted to ensure the highest level of personal attention. As cases run for a few months.

  • Commitment – A minimum 2-month enrolment is required. This ensures there’s enough time for meaningful change and support. WE DON’T tie you down with advance payment – BUT we want you to mentally commit to 2 months. 

  • Start date – Once accepted, we will agree on a start date. Spaces may not be immediately available if the month is already full.

  • Direct access – All support is provided directly by Manssi via WhatsApp (messages and voice notes). Calls, if required, will be scheduled separately, & are included in package. 

  • Boundaries – Responses are prioritised but limited to reasonable hours; this is not an emergency 24 hour service. 

  • Crossing the rainbow bridge – This segment deals with critical care and palliative care cases, so in the absolutely horrible event of demise, we will, with no questions asked refund all balance amounts OR donate food / products to your choice of dog shelter.
